“TW9 was very helpful and came back with a very good offer, Had the previous agent made this offer we would be still with you, but unfortunately we had made the decision and moved the business to another provider . The fact that you initially tried to increase our premium by 20% did not help your case, if the increase had been reasonable we would have auto renewed.”
