“Katie ( KT7) dealt with my issue in a pleasant and very professional manner. My home insurance policy was due for renewal and the original quote was higher than other providers. Katie was able to look into alternative providers and offer me comprehensive and more competitive quote which met my needs and the process to renew was very straightforward. I was extremely happy both with the renewal process and Katie’s polite and professional approach. Highly recommend.”

“I had a renewal quote which I wasn't too happy with,after getting a quote from another company I spoke to Leon,he quickly checked my policy and came back with a price I was happy to renew with.He replied promptly and dealt with my query professionally,he is an asset to the company”
