“SS9 has been excellent - if I could give 10 stars I would. Fast, polite, efficient, asked the right questions- I didn’t need to repeat anything - offered to provide more information if needed and checked my understanding. I usually hate using chat systems but this experience changed my mind - thanks again - and for all those worried about chatting and banking in a chat - it was all secure and fast so try it.”

“KT7 Was very helpful and took time to source the best deal for my home insurance. i was going to cancel my policy due to the renewal quote price, after speaking with KT7 We came to a resolution which i was happy with. KT7 also reassured me on issues i was concerned with. i did take out another ins for a year.”
