“I was worried about payments for a new home insurance but was quickly put at ease by prompt attention on the on line chat. I'm not a fan of technology and on line chat lines (being 80 years of age) but this time connection was prompt and efficient.”

“TJ2 was very helpful and the chat system worked well, which pleasantly surprised me. I was able to achieve my changes, adding a different car to my existing policy. And it is worth waiting in the queue, as you will eventually be served. Good job!”
