“Excellent customer service from CH5. Much better price found for me. BUT company seems to be making money through the auto renewal system for insurance policies which is wrong. Also long wait to talk to customer services encourages people to stick with renewal prices. AND computer portal system stops people deactivating auto renewal in last month.”

“Spoke to Co4 about queries on my insurance documents (new Car Insurance Policy) on Chat. She was most helpful and made the necessary changes to correct some small errors. The "conversation" moved along at a goos pace and I was able to explain my concerns and receive clear explanations. All in all a satisfying interaction.”

“Spoke to Charlie, (CH5) today regarding renewal of my car insurance policy and he was very patient and explained things clearly. He was very understanding when addressing my concerns regarding the policy. Overall I’m very happy with the service and price that I received and would recommend one click insurance.”
