“I had an online chat regarding my renewal price today, i spoke with an agent SP6. The agent was extremely helpful, explained the policy details and also managed to lower the renewal price. By doing this it enabled me to stay with this insurance provider for another year.”

“KT7 just renewed my house insurance. I was going to leave them as I found a cheaper quote. They asked for details and the payment. They then reduced there original amount. I decided to stay with them as KT7 was very polite and helpful good customer service”
