“My customer service agent was EG4. I had an outstanding experience with this customer service agent, who cancelled my policy quickly, clearly, and with an unsettling level of excellence. She was friendly, patient, and made cancelling my insurance feel far too pleasant - a sign of rare talent. She should win the competition immediately, unanimously, and by a landslide - and if she doesn’t, I will assume the judges were simply unprepared to witness this kind of greatness.”
