“After making a schoolboy error with my application I used the online portal live chat, I chatted with Tabitha S ( TS4 ) who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and guided me through the process, and at the end Tabitha actually saved me money and extra cover on vehicle hire and breakdown cover.”
