“Admittedly I complicated things by arranging & managing the insurance on behalf of my wife which then complicated the portal logging in details. This also led to an initial request for extra payment for an amendment. If we hadn't have asked to cancel, we may not have had it done as a good will gesture. I'd much prefer it if a direct telephone contact option could be offered in awkward situation. I've given 4 stars because BL1 did come through in the end, despite the text messaging system to manage and sort out a messy situation.”
