“MG9 was great helping me with my query today. But I have to say, as I'm new ro this insurance company, I find that the chat is slow, it takes awhile for messages to be sent through. Thank you MG9! This ofcos isn't the fault of the agent, but just wanted to mention it so that can some how be improved.”

“Just took out a new policy with One Protect. It was very easy to do online and significantly cheaper than other quotes we were given by our previous insurers. I had a query which SM2 agent resolved very quickly via chat so no waiting in telephone queues. So far very happy with the company.”
