“ONE PROTECT Does not make me happy but your CS Representative SM2 did - to difficult to do what we did by CHAT - But SM2 was amazing :-) - She stuck with it for over one hour :-) Patience, Focus etc SM2 made this experience work, if not for her Sarah M SM2 I would have cancelled my policy and gone somewhere else from tomorrow. Customer Service via CHAT is rubbish and your price/cost for everything is not good I will be changing in Oct as cant deal with CHAT for such things . Sometimes you need to speak and I tried all weekend to get someone and today ...... no one available only CHAT - Thank good for SM2”
