“Had a bump only a scratch, lady called took 45 mins to go through, really poor English and then said I needed to talk to dvla as they couldn't access my details. So did that all fine that end, had to get back to our call, all fine the previous lady had put postcode in wrong despite going through it 5 times. These people should be able to understand English and speak it clearly”
