“I got onestream in my flat which is a small 2 bed apartment. It took 3 weeks to get an engineer out to fit it which was about average at the time for places and the engineer was lovely and efficient. I was required to be in all day however incase they arrived in an 8 hour window which is always less than ideal for those not working from home. The main issue I have with onestream is how bad the internet is. It wont reach further than about 5m and the second bedroom doesnt get internet. I have tried to ask how to improve this but only get directed to an online website which nothing is of use there. The wifi is very clearly affected by busy times in the day and is very slow in the evening. I have had internet other places before and another provider in this flat and never had such bad wifi signal in a flat in my life.”
