Waited 4 weeks for screws to turn up to complete the garden sofa, screws provided for this were not properly made and did not fit. After an initial response by customer service and a promise of replacements in 3-5 days, further e mails ignored for 3 weeks. Screws eventually arrived, very shoddily packaged ( see photo). It seems Out and Out are happy to spend vast amounts of money advertising in the weekend papers and magazines but not on customer service. Would not use again or recommend. Note the vast majority of positive reviews available are from the US not the UK.

I received my rattan set, but still have not received the cover. Have contacted the company several times as the cover has been delayed by 2 months from when I was meant to receive it - no response. Poor service.

I'm really disappointed to write a negative review but unfortunately it is a reflection of my honest experience. I placed an order for a lovely table and chairs set. It arrived quite timely and delivery was no problem. I put the table together, no problem. The furniture quality is great, I was really happy. Unfortunately I then realised there was a part missing, a rubber foot from the table (quite a key part as it's now wobbly). Easy mistake to make, no big deal. Since then it's been awful. I started off trying to call them. I have made over 20 phone calls and no answer: understandable I thought with everything going on and people working from home. I then had a web chat with someone. 'Great' I thought, a human. Explained my problem and he assured me it would be rectified. Ten days later I get a replicant foot, but it's for a chair and not a table, so doesn't fit. A little annoying considering I sent photos of the leg with the missing foot etc to make it fool proof, but again, I gave the benefit of the doubt with everything going on. Since then I have been emailing and messaging on Facebook and instagram. No one is replying to me, it's been three weeks now and quite frankly it feels like I'm being ignored. Even if someone said 'sorry, we're incredibly busy and short staffed at the moment, but the replacement will be sent at some point' (it doesn't have to be right now) I would be satisfied. It's the fact that I know my correspondence have been read and received and I'm just being ignored. I have spent a lot of money at this company and am really regretting it now. Awful post sales service in my opinion. I'm happy to be corrected and put this down as honest mistakes, but it certainly doesn't feel like this currently.
