“I paid for my garden furniture 6 weeks ago. After receiving an email to tell me it was back in stock. I then went ahead and ordered my Garden furniture. Paid in full. Only to be told it will not arrive until the 31st May. I have never waited so long for any item ordered before. I’m not happy. I cannot ever get through on the phone. Still no garden furniture. Summer will be over by the time it arrives”

“We are happy enough with the furniture but wanted some information regarding this. Despite a couple of phone calls and emails they have not bothered to get back to us. Just as well we don't have a problem as their customer service is non- existent. We paid to have the furniture built up and although we were happy with the job done, the delivery driver said that if the rain came on they wouldn't do it. The only reason we ordered it was because they offered construction. Buyer beware!!”
