Disappointing having to pay to return items, especially when the sizing is so off

The bra was perfectly nice but didn’t fit me. I was shocked to pay £3.95 for the return. The return had to be prepaid not just deducted from the refund so even more of a process to go through. Won’t be buying from panache again.

I ended up ordering twice to try to get the correct size. Still not correct but won't order again as I had to PAY for ORIGINAL order and also for SECOND order and for BOTH RETURNS as don't do EXCHANGES. That’s a lot of money and I've still not got any items. Panache should really rethink their policy. I've also contacted them but they didn't get back to me about this.

I liked this bra but it didn’t fit me and I was disappointed to find I had to pay £3.95 to return it. Afraid of this happening again I ordered from elsewhere. I won’t order from panache again when I can get the same bra at the same price without paying for returns when it doesn’t fit. I have worn the unpadded Elan for years and am very disappointed you seem to not be continuing it. I’m not sure why you think big busted women want to add padding?

Had heard good things but have to return 2 out of 4 items, both with same issue. Bought in usual cup size but items nowhere near and will now have to find returns process

I've had a few of Panache bras in the past. However, I recently brought a 36D but after a few days it was leaving sore marks on my skin. So, I decided to get re-fitted in an independent store as that was my size. However, despite my true size being a 36D to be comfortable I now need a 38C bra, which is a size the Ana Plunge range doesn't do.

Be aware that you will be charged postage for returns and exchanges aren't offered. Also don't copy and paste your order number when trying to arrange a return, this results in a 'we can't find your order' error. I eventually worked out that this is because the order number shown in the order confirmation email is a picture and not an actually a string of numbers.

Please for the love of God fix your website. After selecting the size filters it shows you items that are not even in stock. Absolute waste of time scrolling. I have emailed you about this, you advised you are aware but still no fix. Dissapointing as I really rate your products.

Disappointed in the fit of the swimwear I bought. I was a 34d and the cup size was small but the overall costume was big and baggy. I had to pay to return the item so will not risk purchasing anything further from here

I was quite disappointed that I was sent the wrong size and had to pay to return it. I probably wouldn't order direct from you again as a result. The products are great, but let down by the order being wrong and needing to pay to return.

Have worn panache bras for years and always been fitted at a well known store. Ordered two different styles on line. One far too small in the cup size the other far too big. Had to return and pay postage. Surely your bras should not vary so greatly. It makes ordering on line an expensive waste of time

Unfortunately no good for me! I have a very narrow back and the straps were on the edge of my shoulders and I would have spent my time fishing for the bra strap down my arms. A pity.
