“I ordered a bra but unfortunately it wasn’t the right size, which is not a big deal except that I am having to pay to send it back now. The return instructions were not included anywhere and I had to write to ask for them, all of which is my time and money spent. Most shops offer free delivery and returns now specially for something as tricky as bras where you have to try several styles and sizes to find the right size and fit. It seems the only way is to invest in purchasing many styles and sizes (customer’s money) and then returning many (customer’s time and money). There has to be a better way!!”

“The bottoms are a much better for size than the 10 which I had bought previously. However in both sizes the elastic round the bum area is rather loose. It's wearable but not great.”

“Fit well but don't last very long. Company themselves are poor when there's a problem. Their 48hr working day delivery was delivered on the 4th day!”

“5 stars for their sports bras but 1 star for the fact their swimsuits are such different sizing to their sports bras, and delivery and returns are so expensive. Hence an average of 3 stars”

“Usually high standard but issues with sizing was disappointing. Had to return an item. Understand this can happen but not when purchasing two the same size and one in doesn't fit.”

“I had to return the bras as the fit was just too big and i found the fabric scratchy. Im looking for an every day dra that gives a great uplifting shape ( the Maddy and tango make my bloods look like bulbous watermelons that look too wide for my frame!) and super soft fabric.”

“I already have 3 of this bra,which I love. This 1 is half an inch shorter in the back & the straps are also slightly shorter. I have them as long as they will go so I'm not as impressed with it. Had I tried it on in-store, I wouldn't have bought it.”

“Sadly one bra was to small and the other to big so had to return both. Was shocked to learn that I had to pay to return these aswell as pay for them to be delivered. £3.95 to receive & £3.95 to return £7.90 in total!Extortionate in my view so won't be ordering from them again.”

“I like the range of styles available at Panache and the ordering/delivery was really prompt and easy. It's a shame there's a charge for returning because it is so hard to get the correct fit/size for bras without trying them on. It has definitely discouraged me from buying more from Panache. I will be using a company with free returns instead.”
