“The pants were exactly as advertised online. A bit big. There was a massive newspaper in the parcel though which was a bit extra. Good quality clothing though.”

Hey, Thank you for placing two orders - we're sorry to hear you haven't received them! Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delay's with delivery for reasons beyond our control. FedEx provide us with estimations which, whilst they are met most of the time, they are only minimum timescales. As soon as our customers begin to encounter a delay with their order, we would implore them to reach out to the Customer Support team who can liaise with the Distribution Manager to establish what the cause for delay may be and when the order will be delivered. I can see that both of your orders have been marked as delivered, however, we have noticed that you did not reach out to us. We hope this is unlikely but, if you are not in receipt of your parcel, please do get in touch so that our Customer Support team can take a look into this for you. “Love just about everything about these in regards to quality and fit. I find that the front pockets are a little too shallow and things fall out in the car, would love if they made these with trouser pockets but other than that A-OK!”

“The product design is really on point and the styling is all good vibes! Ordered 3 large t-shirts and received 3 large labelled t shirts but all three were a different size. This makes it hard to shop online. I might have missed the part with proper fit description but one of the large shirts was definitely a small 😂”

Hey, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback on your most recent order. Thank you also for the comments on our designs and styling; it's really great to hear! It's not so great to hear that the sizing of the T-Shirts you ordered did not meet your expectations; we're sorry! We can confirm that the tee's you ordered are two different styles. The Karma Lounge Boxy T-Shirt and the Desert Daze Boxy T-Shirt are both boxy fits whereas the Paradise Palms T-Shirt is a relaxed fit. We do put full size charts and an interactive size quiz on every product page to hopefully make it as easy as possible to shop online as you may not always be the same size in every product. That being said, regrettably, mistakes can be made during production where products may (very rarely) be mislabelled. If the item you receive does not seem to be the size it has been labelled as we would urge you to reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible so that we can remedy this for you! It also means we can open an investigation to see if it is part of a greater issue. We can see you have already returned this T-Shirt but in future, please do email the customer support team as there will always be somebody ready to help! “I could not be any happier with my new trousers if I tried! The new design is AMAZING! There is some stretch in them! I am between a 18-20 UK sizing and I ordered the 18 and they’re perfect! Don’t hesitate to buy before they sell out!!”

“i love love love the pants i ordered, but i am baffled by the customer service option. i need to exchange the size and am having no luck through the route provided . i cannot find a phone number to reach anyone and have exhausted all the trouble shooting options as well. can someone please help? i will happily provide a great review if only i could get a smaller size that fit. please and thank you ;)”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We're so sorry that the customer service you have experienced hasn't matched the way you feel about the Checkerboard trousers! At this moment in time, we do not have a phone number for our customer support team but we will take this feedback on board and explore if this is something we could introduce! We can see that you previously reached out to our online customer support team with a picture of your packing slip; on the back of this are the full instructions for how to complete a return so we're sorry if you missed this! I can see that a couple of members of our team spoke to you via email to apologise for the fact we are not yet able to offer exchanges in your country and take you through how to do a return. However, from reading your review, I have just looked for how to gain information on our US exchange policy without having to contact the team and agree that it absolutely could be clearer; thank you for bringing it to our attention.
