“No doubting the goods are of great quality. But the customer service is falling off massively, I placed an sizeable order of just under £400 (with the quicker shipping costs added as needed for the weekend) and it says it should ship within 48hrs... 5 days later it's still not shipped. I tried to contact them yesterday to no avail, just sat waiting in the chat for hours to no reply, and no email like it says. Have tried again today, again I doubt I will get a reply.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry for the delay in response from our customer support team, they are currently very busy at the moment and doing their best to respond to all customers accordingly. I can see that they had responded in under 24 hours to your initial email, and explained the reasoning for delay around your order. It looks like your order contains two of our FTG Fosse Fleece's which are expected to ship this week commencing August 5th, and this is as stated within the product description as well as above the add to cart button. I am so sorry this was not made clear enough, and we will look into making our pre-orders clearer in future. I can see we had provided a solution in the meantime, so the rest of your order is shipped out prior. Again, please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, P&Co
