“I'm usually a women's size UK 10-12 but got the 14 because it has the adjusters and was a perfect fit. The shirt was a great fit, men's M and perfect. Just a little loose how I like it. Also got the mechanics denim jacket size M and was a perfect fit. Slightly looser fitting, just how I like it. Very good quality clothes and very comfortable and stylish. Will definitely order more in future.”

“The clothes are stylish, but for US customers the return policy means I’ll never shop here again. The item didn’t fit as expected and I had to pay $30 to ship back to the UK.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry but unfortunately, we are unable to currently offer free returns at the moment, this is something we are working on implementing in the future, but its not currently possible for us at the moment. We have very recently introduced this reduced cost of $25 for returns, a cost that is a considerable amount lower than the cost that customers paid previously. We have found that when customers are returning orders from the US with alternative couriers they are being charged anywhere between $80-$200 which is why we've spent time working on a better returns solution so that we take on the majority of returning fees. “Have wanted to order something from this brand for over 2 years and FINALLY got my hands on the checkerboard service fatigue pants and I love them! They’re the only trousers I own that fit me perfectly due to the little buttons on the side that allow you to tighten the waist! They’re also really soft - not the material I was expecting but makes them so comfy! I also bought a T-shirt that I’ve had my eye on for ages and it’s perfect☺️ Really love the whole vibe and style of this brand, can’t wait until my next payday to order some more 😂”

“Hello, the colours of the graphic are so so dark (barely cant see it) I send you a photo so can see the difference between the photos of this t shirt in your website and the reality. Are all the units of it like that or is a defective print??? Wait your answer.”

Hey, Thanks for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry to hear your order was not as expected. We always do our best to ensure the images on site reflect the true colours of each product. That being said I sincerely apologise you feel our current images do not match up with the product in hand. Our acid wash t-shirts have been made slightly faded which can be seen in some of the imagery on site. Due to the nature of the acid wash, some may appear more washed or faded than others, this is what makes our Acid Wash T-shirts unique.
