“I really love what you’re doing guys, but this time it’s a disaster. 10 days since I made my order and still haven’t got it. I tried to get in touch with your CS but no luck. However I already received the email asking to rate it. Okay, so far it’s 1 out of 10”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have experienced issues with the delivery of your order. Our warehouse aims to process and dispatch our orders as soon as possible, therefore we are sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused during the delivery process. I can see you have been in touch with our Customer Service team who have been in conversation with you to arrange a replacement order as your original order was not collected by yourself and therefore returned back to us. “Hi guys, I'm 1.91 and weigh around 100kg and I'm definitely not the only one who orders from you. It would be great if you could also offer t-shirts that are longer cut. Your stuff is awesome but midriff-baring t-shirts as a male motorcyclist are just not cool :) Keep it up, best, Daniel”
