“Good customer service, measured and emailed unlisted shoulder sizes separately for me in the sizes I asked for, shipped and delivered fast and good quality clothing (double stitching, rivets, bartacks, heavy materials. That kind of stuff)”

“BRING BACK THE OLD FABRIC! the fit is absolutely perfect, but this new stretchy fabric is cheap feeling, and doesn’t hold up well. Please consider a heavy canvas or denim. Thank you 🙏🙏”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback on Fatigues. We are sorry to hear that they are not as expected. We strive for quality in everything we do, ensuring that we are producing clothing to the highest standards as sustainably as we possibly can. With this in mind, amendments to our Fatigues have been made accordingly. Our Fatigues are a new, refined cut, with an added 3% elastane mix for comfort and stretch. These are a product our production team has worked very hard to improve and make amendments to based on our customers' feedback. We've kept details such as our large fatigue pockets, but we have also changed the buttons to a more sustainable corozo material. “I don’t buy many clothes first-hand anymore, but P&Co are a brand I make an exception for. My whole wardrobe would be P&Co if my wallet would allow it. It may be a bit pricier than the norm, but the designs, quality, attention to detail, and everything else make it worth the money spent.”

We are sorry to hear, however, that your order could not be amended on this occasion prior to dispatch. Our warehouse works extremely quickly to process and dispatch our orders as soon as possible. With that being said, we do try our best to catch any orders like this as soon as we can and prevent dispatch. This is sadly not always possible due to the very high volume of queries we receive. I have searched for an email relative to this review; however can only find an email sent from you once your order had been dispatched. We did not receive an order regarding adding items to your order. Is it possible this was sent from a different email?
