Hey, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent purchase and your suggestion about free return shipping. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We understand your frustration with return shipping costs, especially when you're not satisfied with a product. We continuously evaluate our policies to ensure we're providing the best possible service to our customers. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer free return shipping. This is due to several factors, including the operational costs associated with handling returns, such as processing, restocking, and quality control. Offering free returns would necessitate increasing our product prices to offset these costs, which we strive to avoid in order to maintain competitive and fair pricing for all our customers. We do now have a reduced cost of $28 for returns from the US, a cost that is a considerable amount lower than what customers paid previously. We'd found that when customers were returning orders from the US with alternative couriers they were being charged anywhere between $80-$200 which is why we've spent time working on a better returns solution so that we take on the majority of these fees. We also offer detailed product descriptions, size guides, and multiple images to help you make informed purchase decisions and try minimise the likelihood of needing to return an item. As mentioned previously, if you ever believe a product you received is significantly out of tolerance with the measurements provided in our size guides, please do reach out to our support team. We are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and will continue to consider your feedback as we continue to review our policies. “I have never ordered clothes before that have come from a random internet advert. I'm so glad that I did. The quality of P and Co's clothing is impeccable. Excellent, design, cut and fabric. The cool 50s styling with a modern twist is just brilliant. So glad I took the risk. Well worth it and the sizing is spot on.”
