“I received my dyed shoes very quickly. The colour is a perfect match to my outfit. I am delighted with this service and would definitely use it again. My one small criticism is that the shoes are not waterproofed, so I have had to get that done elsewhere. It would be wonderful if you could add this service to the dyeing process.”

The reason we unfortunately cannot waterproof dyed items before returning them to you, is that once waterproofed, they cannot be re-dyed, so we wouldn't be able to re-dye them, should you not be happy with the colour. I hope that makes sense! We would recommend using the Kiwi waterproof spray, which can be bought in supermarkets or on websites like Amazon or Ebay. We really hope you'll enjoy wearing your shoes!

Unfortunately, two of the items that I ordered were unsuitable but the free returns policy was greatly appreciated and a subsequent refund was received promptly.
