“The new website is far easier to navigate and find what you need. I bought after market engine mounts for my Volvo Penta 2003, which were quickly delivered. They look good robust parts, which I am currently in the process of fitting to my engine, which is going well.”

“Part 4 Engines are a useful source of everyday service items for our Volvo Penta engine. I have been using them for five years. I would point out that prices on the website do not include VAT, which considering the threshold to register for VAT being £90k I would suggest VAT be included. The price for shipping is also quite high considering how long it took for delivery.”

We do our best to inform customers about potential import fees at checkout and throughout our website, but I appreciate that it would have been helpful to have this information clearer before ordering. If UPS hasn’t provided you with an invoice yet, I’d recommend reaching out to their customer service for a breakdown of the charges. If there’s anything I can do to help, please let me know! “Parts were easy to order and came within a week to Australia. They were about 40 to 50 percent cheaper that Australian prices. And there was no tax to pay to get them in. The parts were also better than Australian aftermarket parts.”

“I ordered 4 Engine Mounts for Yanmar and got it in very good quality. Shipping with UPS Standard to Germany was Perfect, good information to all shipping-stations. Customs fees were paid directly to UPS, and UPS delivered my Engine Mounts after a few days. Every thing was easier that I thought.”
