“I would have given Part 4 Engines a five star mark but so sadly they were let down by the delivery company. Was advised as a next day delivery and it was out for delivery but re scheduled for a later time on Friday then cancelled. The same happened on Monday so did not arrive until Tuesday ! It's such a shame as the ordered was perfect and brilliantly wrapped. So very good company indeed but lousy delivery company DPD Rubbish !!”

We charge a delivery fee on behalf of the couriers, which covers shipping only. When exporting goods from the UK to Sweden, UK VAT is not applicable, meaning you have not paid any VAT in the UK. However, VAT is still charged by Swedish customs authorities upon import. Since we ship globally, we do not advertise specific VAT rates as they are determined by each country's government. For example, the VAT rate in Sweden is currently VAT rate, e.g. 25%, but this may have differed at the time of your order. We`re always happy to help and appreciate your understanding. Since January 1st 2021 trade between the UK & EU are subject to new agreements under Brexit. VAT is no longer collected by us at the point of sale for orders destined for EU countries. However, you will still need to pay VAT upon import when the goods arrive in your country. We charge a delivery fee on behalf of the couriers, which covers shipping only. When exporting goods from the UK to France, UK VAT is not applicable, meaning you have not paid any VAT in the UK. However, VAT is still charged by French customs authorities upon import. “Ok guys Delphi 296 Fuel Filter Plastic Butterfly Drain Plug Sent Out as opposed to a Delphi Blanking Plug Kit ? Amended very quickly within 2 Days ... Kit received Would it also be possilbe to provide Bullet Point / Easy to Fit Instruction information Leaflet when providing 296 Delphi Filters. Particularly when there is the need in how to install the required Diesel Pipe End Rubber Adaptor Seals. This will help those who are not familiar, OR for those who are New as Trainees or New to the industry !! Could you also please provide the correct amount Diesel Pipe End Rubber Adaptor Seals when sending out for example the 296 Delphi Diesel Fuel Filters. There are a total or 5 threaded Inlet Flow & Return Pipe Ports on the 296 Top Filter Housing ( 1 of which is the Top Center Banjo Return Inlet / INJ Leak Pipe Port ) 1 Port requires Blanking Off. Leaving 1 Remaining Main Incoming Inlet Feed Pipe Port, 1 Filtered Feed Pipe Port supplying the Injector Pump ... & 1 Return Pipe Port from the Injector Pump ... ALL 3 of which require the Pipe End Rubber Adaptor Seals. I would also like to suggest, as a formality, Sales Team & or Parts Listing remind Customers if they are choosing to install a Delphi 296 Diesel Fuel Filter for the Very First Time ... a Blanking Plug Kit WITH Hollow Banjo Bolt & Copper / Ali Seals is recommended & should also be sent out with the Delphi 296 Diesel Filters PS ... Sincere Thanks to the Sales Team Member who sent out the additional Diesel Pipe End Rubber Adaptor Seals in an Envelope First Class received the very next morning ... “I think in writing a 4 star review instead of 5, is that postage-shipping rates are so high between western Canada and Britain. The cost to ship parts over 7000 kilometers is certainly a financial derterrant. But, that said, I have always been happy to have Parts4engines as my no.1 go to VP 2000 parts source. Gemma in Supportt has always been kind and responsive to my queries concerning parts and shipping. Disregarding the shipping costs I would certainly rate Parts4Engines 5 stars!”

“Part 4 Engines are a useful source of everyday service items for our Volvo Penta engine. I have been using them for five years. I would point out that prices on the website do not include VAT, which considering the threshold to register for VAT being £90k I would suggest VAT be included. The price for shipping is also quite high considering how long it took for delivery.”

“Parts were easy to order and came within a week to Australia. They were about 40 to 50 percent cheaper that Australian prices. And there was no tax to pay to get them in. The parts were also better than Australian aftermarket parts.”
