Bonjour je vous réponds suite à votre sondage d'une part ce sont des pièces adaptables d'où vient le souci je m'en suis fait expliquer par mail malheureusement j'ai une réponse négative et en plus les frais de douane sont exorbitants donc pour moi c'est fini j'ai trouvé mieux ailleurs et en France .

Tarifs corrects. Livraison rapide. Par contre taxe de douanes pour la france. 133 € de commande et 49 € de taxes... cela aurait été bien de le stipulé lors de la commande. Dommage.......

the website is confusing, in this case there are 3 different sets, but if you only look at the photos, it doesn't change the text according to the photo showed, so this cost me the customs ekstra, when i could have bought it in EU cheaper and without customs. So a very expensive impeller kit.

It was neverwhere written, that I had to pay customs for this product. I had to pay € 27,-- for the product, which costed € 80,--. Nevertheless, if the product works well, the price including customs is ok. Would just be great to know before. May be, the product is ok, I will evaluate that after using it for minimum 2 years.

No estoy satisfecho porque no se cumplieron mis expectativas 1° me mandan un código de descuento y cuando selecciono los productos a comprar me dicen que el código no es aplicable a mi compra 2° me dicen que si compro por una cantidad superior a 250£ no cobran el transporte. No es así, he tenido que pagar 50€ por DHL 3° Entre los artículos que compré (una correa para alternador, bomba y cigüeñal) para un motor Volvo penta MD2010 la que me enviaron tiene una medida pequeña y no se puede montar. Espero que me manden sin costo alguno la correa original de Volvo, pues no puedo utilizar el motor de mi barco. I did mail a complaint but it was never answered!! Doiing bussiness in the uk as private customer is an wheel off fortune....with the importtaxes,cusomsfees ,exanche rates etc etc,as long as you can not tell me the exact price off the goods ....no more orders. Now i buyed some5hing from 50 piunds ond it costed me about the double!!!

Got the parts, but the cost for delivery are too expensive. On top of that i got charged for duty/vat. The rules state that goods for less than 125 pound are taxfree, but i had to pay

For other courier options, these charges are collected at the destination according to their own processes. bonsoir je suis tres satisfait deu materiel acheté chez vous , il est arrivé tres vite et moins cher qu'içi le seul point critique est si je peux me permettre, c'est que suir votre site et au moment de payer on voit tres bien le tarif ainsi que les frais de port , en revanche on ne voit pas que lors de la livraison on doit regler au transporteur ue somme supplementaire on ne l'aooprend qu'au loment de la livraison il serait donc plus clair que vous l'affichiez de maniere tres visible au moment de l'achat.voila en l'attente d'un commande tres vite

Ordering and shipment were easy and efficent, the parts being non OEM where good subsitutes for genuine brand and prices good even after international shipping. Deliver was a bit hit and miss and sat in local Fedex facility for over a week before they attempted delivery without any warning/notification so no I was not avialable at the address that day so a further 3 days delay. Not P4E's fault but very frustrating. If you can afford 3 weeks delivery then worth the savings!

Parts sitting at FedEx for several day. Still but delivered. It took way too long for FedEx to pick up the parts at the factory or distribution of supplier.

Very happy with the fast delivery, but very unhappy with the import VAT and brokerage surcharges , I paid more in VAT and brokerage surcharge than I paid for the part ,so in the future I wil order from an European supplier ,sorry

Since Brexit the costs have increased but we are looking at avenues we can explore to bring these costs down. If you return to us in the future, we hope you do. Please take a look at our FedEx courier option if your order is below 300.00 euro. FedEx includes Pre-Paid VAT in their shipping prices, ensuring that no additional fees are incurred at customs. In contrast, couriers like UPS and DHL do not include Pre-Paid VAT and may charge an administrative/service fee for collecting the VAT, which will be added to the overall cost. The water pump was a poor casting when fitting it it was tight and would not turn when tightened up,had to make extra gaskets to ease the pump out as it was making contact with the engine block

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. I completely sympathise with the VAT/import fees and how expensive they can make importing goods from the UK be. I can see you ordered from Italy which is in the EU, so I have some advise regarding this. So, we charge a delivery fee on behalf of the couriers. When exporting goods from the UK to Italy, UK VAT is not applicable. However, Italian VAT still applies. Given that we ship globally and each country has its own import and export laws and VAT regulations, we do not advertise specific VAT rates. As a UK-based company, it is challenging to be aware of the VAT rates for every country, as these are set by each respective government. For shipments from the UK to EU countries, VAT will always be charged according to the rate set by the destination country. During the checkout process, we suggest choosing FedEx as your courier for EU destinations. FedEx includes Pre-Paid VAT in their shipping prices, ensuring that no additional fees are incurred at French customs. In contrast, couriers like UPS and DHL do not include Pre-Paid VAT and may charge an administrative/service fee for collecting the VAT, which will be added to the overall cost. I can see that the lack of instructions with the air filter created a fitment process which was not as smooth as you would of liked. We don't actually include any instructions with these filters or any filters but we have a technical team in the office who are available via phone, email or a ticket system found on the website, who will always be willing to give out any tips for fitment etc. If you return to us in the future please be sure to call or email for any help/tips :))-Gemma

Disappointed that Parts4Engines choose to penalise those who live in the Islands & Highlands by refusing to use Royal Mail which for our destinations is just as fast but steadfastly stick with Courier firms that charge premium prices.

However, we have received several concerns from our customers in the Islands and the Highlands about the high quotes and delivery challenges with DHL.
