“The parts are of a good quality, but delivery wasn't on good level. The DHL took over the parcel to the third party courier company and the label was printed without delivery city and place. Took one full day and a lot of efforts to get it from that company's office at 20:00 of local time.”

Hi Vladimir, Thank you for taking the time to write us feedback! I am happy to read that the quality of the parts was top notch but I apologise the delivery service was not. We want the service from selecting the products, to checking out, to the delivery service to be as smooth and easy as possible and this doesn't include collecting the package at 8pm. So, please accept my apologies for this situation but please be assured I will always take over any difficult situations with courier to rectify it for you :))) - Gemma

Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to write this review, all feedback is very much appreciated. I will pass this feedback along to our management, as keeping prices affordable is very important to us as boat lovers ourselves. I understand the frustration with freight costs being too high, please note that we make no profit from this and it is a direct quote from the couriers. Importing goods from the UK can be a costly process and we are currently working on ways we can help reduce this cost for our overseas customers, as we value you just as much as our UK customers. - Gemma

Hi There, We would like to inform you that we charge a delivery fee on behalf of the couriers. When exporting goods from the UK to Spain , UK VAT is not applicable. However, Spanish VAT still applies. Given that we ship globally and each country has its own import and export laws and VAT regulations, we do not advertise specific VAT rates. As a UK-based company, it is challenging to be aware of the VAT rates for every country, as these are set by each respective government. For shipments from the UK to EU countries, VAT will always be charged according to the rate set by the destination country. During the checkout process, we suggest choosing FedEx as your courier for EU destinations. FedEx includes Pre-Paid VAT in their shipping prices, ensuring that no additional fees are incurred at French customs. In contrast, couriers like UPS and DHL do not include Pre-Paid VAT and may charge an administrative/service fee for collecting the VAT, which will be added to the overall cost. We have advice on the website during checkout about the Pre-paid VAT options and there is also information on shipping and import charges in the shipping section of our website. “I miss manual/specification for some parts on the webbsite (pdf), but not all, and when u make a choise, i want only the picture of that specific objekt, so i can see it visual. Otherwise i have only good to things to say about P4E, good prices, everything i need for the engine and fast delivery etc”

So, we do have manuals and PDF's for some parts and engines on our system but we usually send these via email on request. So, if you ever need anything like that please drop me an email support@parts4engines.com and I can send anything across that we have. I also have access to the warehouse so if you feel like you ever need more photos than offered on the website email me and I can go take some extra for you :) - Gemma

“I ordered a raw water pump for our 2003T. It arrived in good time but was damaged. Parts 4 Engines were excellent at arranging replacement to a revised address and it was great being able to discuss things in person on the phone, but it shouldn’t have happened. So 5 stars for service and 3 for being right first time. The replacement was perfect and is now installed and operating.”
