“Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong filter. I contacted customer service ordered the correct filter which was marginally more expensive and sent back the wrong filter. The right one arrived promptly at no extra charge.”

“I have kept my clonky old Penta 2002 yacht engine on the water for 2 years now by using P4E service parts. Never any issues; they always fit and seem to do the job well. My last order was a new lift pump, went on v easily and the engine jumped into life after just a couple of squishes of the arm.”

“Fast efficient processing of my order. Lift pump works well. Shipping to NZ was only 6 days. Price including shipping was about half what I would have paid if I bought through a local supplier.”
