I completely agree that it would be better if prices included VAT before checkout. This has been challenging to implement since our site serves customers globally, and overseas customers would be seeing prices with UK VAT, which doesn’t apply to them. However, I’m pleased to let you know that I’ve been advocating for this change, and we’ve now made some technical adjustments. The site can now recognise when you’re a UK customer and will display prices including VAT before you reach the checkout.
