“I ordered a lift pump (needed quickly)for an older VP 2002 and several other parts to have on hand for future maintenance and was impressed on how quickly the parts made it to my doorstep halfway across the planet. “I've used Part4Engines twice to buy new flexible engine mounts for my narrow boat. I had four new ones from them in 2018, which I've been very pleased with and their service at the time was excellent in every respect. Unfortunately, I made a slight alignment error with one of them when I fitted it, which resulted in it starting to fail in 2024. This was entirely my fault, not the part's or the firm's. I've just used them to supply a replacement for the failed one and other than the price having gone up dramatically (like everything) since 2018, their service was every bit as good as last time and the new part is already fitted on the boat. This time I've aligned it properly, too. I'm very happy to recomment the firm and their products to you. I will certainly use them again.”

“Greatvto deal with. Good catalogue and good prices. However while 7 seven days from order to delivery in Australia is great when you need parts NOW, on small nonurgent items the delivery costs can be more than the item cost. Could you also consider an alternative post service.”
