“We were WOWED by our first try of Pasturebird chicken thighs. Way better than organic chicken. It's more than the fact that it tastes fresher than chicken from a store and even from our food conscious co-op. There is a delicate flavor difference that is hard to describe. The best analogy I can provide is it's like the difference of an aged full bodied red wine v.s. a young wine. We are hooked and will be loyal customers.”

“Happy with our first chicken - roasted atop vegetables covered in foil per my usual routine, it was juicy, good texture, plumper than other pastured birds we typically buy. I appreciate the integrity of the pasturing, I make bone broth from the bones so I really value knowing that I'm making food that is actually healthy for my beloved unwell folks. After driving through the US this summer seeing factory farms, I'm newly clear on how a healthy pastured chicken actually represent not just health for my family when they eat the chicken, but healthier lives for the humans doing the raising and processing, including the soil and rivers that aren't being contaminated with intense farm waste, which supports good communities to live in (in contrast to the beaten-down communities around factory farms).
