“I had a very positive experience with the face masks I ordered, even though initially I had sent an incorrect picture, however this was soon resolved by Charlotte in the customer service team. I was on a tight deadline as I am a last-minute person and required the masks for a wedding. They were shipped out first class and luckily they came the night before the wedding so I was able to cut them and make them wearable. The only thing I would say is perhaps if the masks had perforated edges which would have made the whole cutting process much quicker! But apart from that i was thoroughly impressed as was everyone else!”
