“Terrible. I sent a few images for an assortment of masks. Some of the images included a person wearing a hat. When these were printed they included the hat but shrank down the rest of the mask so the whole thing I presume would fit into a standard 'mask size' format. This left us with an overall mask that was way too small (eye spaces also all wrong) and couldn't be worn. If they emailed me to explain my images weren't suitable I could have changed them but instead I paid for a product that was useless. Try another company!”

“The item didn't arrive in time I emailed this and all I got was a refund for the difference between standard to 24 hour delivery. I opted for the service as it offered quick turn around if I had known it would potentially be that late I wouldn't of ordered but would have considered in future but won't now. When told I no longer need the delivery no action was taken.”
