Hi Allan, Thank you for your message and review. We just wanted to clarify that your order was dispatched on the next day dispatch on 3 March from our end. We have since confirmed with the courier that the parcel is scheduled for delivery today. As the delivery location is Wy Yung in rural Victoria, the courier services that area once per week on Wednesdays, which is why the transit time is slightly longer than metro deliveries. “Was a long time in store customer. the quality of the meat doesnt seem to be as it was, the cryvac doesnt seem as well performed or something has changed as they are just pouches of red liquid that has left the meat and VERY fatty cuts. porbably wont continue.”

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that this experience didn’t meet the standard you’ve come to expect. The product you’re referring to is our Diamantina Wagyu Picanha Rump Steak (SB 4–5). Picanha naturally carries a generous fat cap, which is part of what gives the cut its flavour and juiciness when cooked properly. That said, it should still present well and meet the quality standards we stand by, so we’re sorry to hear it didn’t feel that way in your case. Regarding the liquid in the pack, vacuum-sealed beef can sometimes release natural juices (myoglobin), which can appear as a red liquid in the pouch. This is normal with vac seal packaging, but it certainly shouldn’t detract from the quality of the product or your experience. As a long-time customer, your feedback really matters to us. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further for you.
