“Highly recommend 🤩 I recently visited the Blackburn store to purchase an 18th birthday present for my granddaughter. I was served by a young lady called Amelia who helped me so much with choosing something that related to my granddaughter’s young age. Amelia went above and beyond with assisting me in my final choice. She is a credit to your company and her knowledge of your products and customer communication skills were fantastic for someone of her young age. I also spoke to the Manageress who was equally as charming and helpful. It os so refreshing in this day and age to find such awe inspiring customer service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I have been a customer at the Blackburn store for years and will never go anywhere else for jewellery, Sharon & her team are simply wonderful and the quality of diamonds Peter chooses is second to none. The prices are fair but where the team excel is if there’s an issue as it’s dealt with compassionately without quibble, they go above & beyond as they know what the piece means to you. Peter Jackson’s value your custom and make you feel special every time you walk through their door, Sharon feels more like a friend to me and my family as she has been there to help me pick the right piece through good times & the more difficult times too. Its always a thoroughly enjoyable experience at the shop. My favourite pieces are my wedding & engagement rings they are so captivating, I love them so much ~ thank you Peter, Sharon & Team x”

“I have been visiting Sharon at Peter Jackson over at least 30 years. I wouldn’t look at jewellery anywhere else . When you can walk in and speak with someone who knows exactly what you want and has the most beautiful pieces for the best prices - why would you look elsewhere .”

“We have been customers of Peter Jackson the Jeweller for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy watches and jewellery. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, you are treated as friends rather customers. The products are always top quality and on the extremely rare occasion there is a problem, it is dealt with promptly and without fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter Jackson the Jeweller to anyone who asks, it is always worth a visit to one of the shops.”

“Customer service has been brilliant so far! I rang and spoke to Danny about a surprise ring gift for my husband but didn’t know the size needed. As this is a specific type of ring, their stores do not carry a full range of sizes so rings need to be specially made. As this was time-sensitive, Danny organised to send out the available stock ring - gift wrapped - on the same day along with aluminium rings in various sizes so we could decide on which was most suitable fit. Returns for exchange very easy. QR code sent via email and new ring ordered immediately. Cannot fault the level of service and indeed the quality and price of the product. Would highly recommend these jewellers.”

“Just purchased a watch for my son's forthcoming 30th Birthday. The watch in question was considerably cheaper than other stores Goldsmiths etc, which at first made me slighlty nervous as to why , but the service has been first class, watch ordered Sunday and delivered today ( Tuesday) , recieved communications at purchase and on dispatch so knew throughout what was happening. The watch has arrived gift wrapped as requested so I am assuming the watch is as specified and undamaged, which I am sure it is . A faultless transaction and service”
