“Bought a number of items from Peter Jackson, some from stock and some which needed to be ordered. Discount on all of them. Very efficient and personal service. Great communication all the way through and they even threw in a free gift. Danny ( and Peter ) you are stars. Recommend, recommend, recommend !!”

“Excellent customer service experience! I bought a Tag Heuer watch for my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary from the online store, the price was excellent and shipping super quick, unfortunately when the watch came it had a couple of small marks. I emailed the customer service department and literally within minutes Danny called me back, apologised for what had happened and arranged a brand new watch to be delivered (ordered from Tag) and collection of the one I had received. Honestly I can not fault the service I have received, within a few days we had the brand new watch and it’s perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter Jackson to anyone looking for a quality watch and exceptional service! Thanks again Danny.”

“Amazing efficient polite and friendly customer service, really helpful.I had been looking for discontinued clogau ring and found it at Peter Jackson the Jewellers. “I went to Peter and team to arrange an engagement ring for my now wife. The level of service was impeccable as was the quality of the product we ended up with. We returned to Peter to purchase our wedding bands and had an equally positive experience. The team go above and beyond to make you feel like their most valued customer. “We went to Peter Jackson the Jeweler upon getting engaged and every single member of the team made the experience so fantastic. From pouring us a glass of bubbly to explaining everything there is to know about diamonds, no stone was left unturned. Nothing is too big an ask for them and we left the shop after each visit feeling like we've had an experience. I couldn't recommend enough Peter and the whole team.”
