“Nothing was too much for the fantastic customer service from Kelly. I enquired about a Tag CBN2A1AA.BA0643 Arrangements were made to view and try on, and also the option of purchasing a separate second strap of either the Rubber with this model. Or vice versa and a stainless steel bracelet on the FT6228 version with sports band. In the end I opted for the latter with a competitively priced addition stainless steel bracelet, that worked out at only £40 extra to have both straps, above the RRP of the BA0643 price Honoured the online welcome first customer purchase discount in store. Throughly professional experience and great customer service. I’ve got the Tag bug, so no doubt I’ll be back for further additions to my collection. No hesitation in recommending Peter Jackson’s Jewellers especially Kelly and Emma who I dealt with in the Preston store.”

“I have been a customer at the Preston store for a number of years and I have purchased several items of jewellery. All the staff are friendly, warm & welcoming with a great deal of knowledge in jewellery. They have a person centred approach to ensure you have a wonderful experience when purchasing jewellery. I recently had a diamond solitaire from a necklace made into a ring. Kelly was fantastic not only with her time and advice but in helping me choose which design /style of ring would complement & showcase the diamond. I have great trust in Peter Jackson the Jeweller and I definitely recommend if you are looking to buy a new piece of jewellery or change / alter a much treasured old piece.”

“I went to the Blackburn store to buy my niece a special 16th birthday present. Elysia came to help us find something my niece would like and she was so helpful, patient and lovely and made the experience so much more enjoyable for my niece.
