“Thanks to all staff at Pets in Peace. They were kind and efficient in helping our family deal with the loss of our fur baby, Jarvis… from keeping us informed of the process, to accommodating our wishes (and even changes of mind). The staff member returning his ashes was compassionate also.”

“After losing 2 older dogs within a few years we are so grateful to have the service of pets in peace to oversee their final passing. Our beautiful memories of our fur babies will always be with us and it’s a relief to know they were handled with such care and understanding.”

“To lose a part of your family is so very sad, Pets in Peace is and always has been the most understanding and so very caring and respectful service I have ever dealt with. My pets are rescues so have had a few and Pets in Peace have always been fantastic.”

“Unfortunately all of my details were incorrectly retrieved. I had to call 2-3 days after my pet had passed away to see what was going on. To be told a voice message had been left on my phone, when I said It hadn’t i then had to prompt to check if the number was right which it wasn’t. Nor was the delivery address.. thankfully the presentation and delivery of his ashes were nice - a more defined paw print would have been more special.”

“My baby girl eventually came home and her urn is stunning.. However the heartache I was put through with repeated emails and calls,was nothing short of “disrespectful”.. I have 5 other fur babies and my biological daughter together..from finally.. I would never use this business again..🥺”

“When we lost our beloved cat Bobbi Pets In Peace treated her with loving care and respect. We were very grateful to them. They returned her to us promptly in a beautiful urn with her name and date of birth engraved on a beautiful plaque. We would definitely recommend them in your time of need they were very kind to talk to.”

“This is the second time I have used the services of Pets In Peace and again it was wonderful. The vet provided details to Pet In Peace and they contacted me once my baby was in their care. I feel that everyone I spoke to genuinely cared. From the tone or voice to the terminology used and was I was getting upset moving the conversation along to remember joyful memories with my baby. Thank you so much to the lovely people I dealt with - you have no idea how your kindness helped during this terrible time. I also just wanted to say thank you to the woman who brought my baby home - It may have seemed that I was rushing you away but it was only because I was using all my might not to cry. I was able to choose a beautiful black cat urn and it is perfect. Thank you again xx”
