“I purchased this pillow for £64. It was sold to me as a cooling pillow, having tried the pillow for a couple of nights I established that it was no cooler than ordinary pillows that I have purchased from the local supermarket. I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, only to be informed that as I had tried it, I would not be able to return it. Very expensive, I would not recommend this pillow if you are looking for a cooling pillow.”

“Ordered on the 15th Jan, with expected delivery in 3-5 working days. No pillow yet and no tracking information provided. No phone calls answered. As I payed with PayPal I raised a case 48 hours ago and asked for a refund, no response on that either. I regret ordering from pillow world as could have had new pillow by now if I had ordered elsewhere. What's going on pillow world?”

I'm really sorry there was a delay to your order. Your pillow was due to be despatched to you within 3-5 days of delivery but unfortunately we had a last minute delay with our supplier which meant you order wasn't despatched to you in the promised timeframe. I can confirm your pillow is out for delivery with the courier and should be with you as soon as possible.
We will investigate internally why your phone calls were not answered as we have agents on call Monday-Friday who will almost certainly ring back a missed number. I can only apologise for this again.
I do hope you love your new Hypnos pillow and sleep better as a result.
