This Dows Fine White port has always been a favourite of ours and all of our friends.It seems to be unavailable on the high street since our local stockist closed. Portugal Vineyards have supplied us since with first class service and at such a wonderful price. Will always do business with them.

Oh my goodness, we have been getting our wines from Portugalvineyards, for a few years now We fell in love with Portuguese wine, while on holidays there Portugal vineyards, has the best wines ever Out of all the years in buying wine from them, we have just came across 1 wine, which we weren’t to keen on, so that shows, just how great these wines are We will always buy our wine from them Great wines , fantastic price, and fast delivery service

This time I have been waiting ONE MONTH despite their system showing delivery should take place within 3-5 days.

I placed my order with Portugal Vineyards on 6 December 2024, and I was provided an estimated delivery date between 20 – 27 December 2024.

When in late November and December with no delivery I began inquiring as to the whereabouts of my order, the lack of customer service was striking.

I then forwarded this information to Portugal Vineyards and inquired about either a refund or replacement order.

Was not told about the import duty and cancelled the order having then been told I would receive a refund On receiving the refund, they had deducted the shipping costs for the wine I never received so I ended up paying over £40 for wine I never had. Make sure if you are ordering that you have factored in the cost of the import duty as these are not on the price you pay to PV. Feel completely ripped off

I spent over $100 dollars on wine. Most of the cost was for the shipping yet the items never arrived. At first a representative checked in often but then 3 month later stopped completely. I asked for a refund and they said that if they receive the returned items they would refund and took no responsibility for items lost in the mail. This is consistent with a scam.

The quality of products is generally good, however, service is poor - I order within Portugal and I order products which are in stock, but it always takes Portugal Vineyards several weeks to deliver.

The company is a con beware. Ordered wine, took 21 days to arrive. I live in the west coast of the usa, to save money it was shipped to the east coast and trucked across the country. Awful customer service, well there isn’t any and no responsibility from them. Freight was a rip off They are a rip off Buy Portuguese wines elsewhere , these are not the guys to do it from.
