“ ive been using portugal vineyards for two years and have been pleased with all wines ive ordered, but today i received a bill from DHL,the delivery company saying they had to pay the duties on my shipment government taxes and duties vat etc, my original bill was 82 euros, which i paid portugal vineyards, now this bill is for £96,90, Because of this it will be my last order, its also happened to other customers in my area. ”

“ I spent over $100 dollars on wine. Most of the cost was for the shipping yet the items never arrived. At first a representative checked in often but then 3 month later stopped completely. I asked for a refund and they said that if they receive the returned items they would refund and took no responsibility for items lost in the mail. This is consistent with a scam. ”
