“I did wonder if I had done the right thing ordering from them after reading some of the reviews. But my I pad turned up within the time specified. It did have a two pin plug but an adapter was sent as well. They are not very quick at answering your queries. But all said I’m pleased with my purchase”

“Ordered Samsung galaxy watch 46mm using pricelulu. Was worried after reading a lot of negative reviews about the quality of product received as well as the delays in delivery/ missing orders and poor customer service. However I was delighted to have received my order promptly (within a week) and the product was up to the expected standard. Have been using the watch with no issues. Pricelulu had the best price by far so am very glad I ordered through this company. Only negative is the charger seemed to be from UAE? Not sure if this is the normal one you would receive if you order to the UK but it has worked well all the same. I also read reviews which said this company ships refurbished items. Not sure if my watch is refurbished but it looked to be in brand new condition when I received it.”

“No problems here. My headphones took slightly longer than I was expecting and I was just starting to get a bit worried, but they turned up in perfect condition and £30 cheaper than I could get them anywhere else”

“I ordered an iPad and they didn’t have the colour in stock so they offered me an alternative. The order took slightly longer to reach me than was stated but no problems at all. I would buy from them again.”

“After buying Sony WH 1000 M3s for cheaper than M2s, I thought they were not going to turn up, as there was no date for delivery. I sent an email and was told they were on the way, but still no date. I waited a few days and emailed again but no reply. I checked my original order and it quoted 6-11 days, so I sat tight. Lo and behold headphones turned up on day 11, keeping in mind this was over Xmas, new year break. I also registered the headphones with Sony, so they are genuine. Would have been a 5 star review if the parcel delivery was traceable.”
