“I bought a brand new Iphone 13 256gb back in December 2021. When I received the phone it was sealed in an original box. When I opened the box and extracted a sim holder there was a vodafone sim card. I was quite shocked how could this happen. However everything else looked brand new and the phone had never been activated. THE MOST SHOCKING SURPRISE WAS… in about a year I decided to clean the charging port with a toothpick and when I took a closer look at the bottom area I noticed that the two bottom screws had really noticeable signs of opening. One of the screw had a completely slipped head. Someone definitely had unscrewed them with a screwdriver before. I’m really concerned about the fact that I was ripped off because it is probably a refurbished iPhone not a brand new!! Now it is down to you whether you want to save a few quid and got a surprise like me.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The sell electrical goods with non eu part numbers. This means you will not be covered by an eu warranty. Their customer services is very unhelpfully. pay a little extra to get the proper eu item and warranty. BUYER BEWARE!”

“Really bad communication , ordered received email to say colour out of stock would i likes other colour to be sent. Replied immediately yes to have another email sent saying out of stock 4 days later . Than asked would I like refund but my original colour would be restocked in 6-10 days . Just received it .still have to register with apple but this is not a uk version but a Californian one with a 2 pin charger. They had enclosed another adaptor to charge it in uk but it’s not quick charging at all. No mention of this on website at all. Not impressed , spend a little extra and get a proper product”

“Awful company ever..please don't use it..they said it has been delivered and then that they didn't find me in the house and it has returned back to the sender.we have cctv and it has never delivered anything.I thought the neighbours got it and It was very bad.”

“STAY AWAY!! Oderred a Switch which advised as UK version, but sent HK version. Terrible custom service, and making all kind of excuses but not issuing return labels. I'm really disappointed, and also not getting any apologies for the invoincence this has cused to us, as if we purchase else where we would have already playable console, but now I'm still having to deal with the return order.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I brought a pair of Sony headphones and they are faulty and they will not charge. I've been asking them for a returns address for a week for a refund. I first waited in uncertainty for four days for a response and then 24 hours for each email. They will avoid giving you the returns address by advising you to contact Sony. I contacted Sony and done all the trouble shooting and still couldn't get my headphones to charge. I explained this to Pricelulu and asked for the returns address. There response was to try another plug socket. I now have to dispute this matter with my bank.”

“It was discussing I have brought iPad and AirPods and I never received it I have contacted pricelulu and no answer only an aromatic response I have lost my money and my goods no one to answer this website is a scam and a lie they very quick to take your money out of your bank but not to deliver the good I have lost £620 please do not use this website is fake read the review and see something I didn’t do. This is a scam the product doesn’t come and they don’t answer”

“Avoid! They are cheap for a reason. The worst customer service. My purchase was lost in transit and they stated that I should arrange delivery with the courier denying all responsibility and refused to provide refund. It is legally the merchant's responsibility to make sure I receive the item and make a claim through the courier. I had to raise a dispute through my bank to get the money refunded. If one has to involve the bank to get a refund then Pricelulu are completely useless. Spend a little extra and go for well known merchants. Also note that they are using a proxy address in London to make them seem legit. They do not actually have an office instead they are paying for the address only for mail orders. No office number, only mobile number and they don't respond to calls or messages.”

“I am waiting for a refund from this company for the past four months. The only response I get from them to my many e mails is the standard "We are sorry that the return process may take longer under the COVID-19. I think this company should not be allowed to trade. They are cheating the customer. Also posting positive reviews to make them sound reputable. Please don't go near Pricelulu”

“CAUTION|: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I wish I could give less than 1*. The worst company I have ever ordered from in my entire life. For weeks now, I have been begging for a return label. Every day they send me another question. The first was why would I like a return; the second being is the item opened. I told them it wasn't. Then they proceeded to ask for a picture of the Ipad, so I took a picture. Now they're saying it's unsealed. Even so, the product has not been used, but they're making me beg for a return label. I was promised 2-5 day delivery and waited more than 14 days for the product to arrive—honestly, the worst decision of my life. I will have to contact my bank for a refund at this stage. FOR YOUR OWN SANITY. Could you not BUY FROM THEM?”

“This Guys are Crooks. Been waiting three months for a refund. Details below of the directors. I'm sure if your order arrives and works you'll be fine. But if it's faulty you're not getting your money back. Ordered an iPad, it arrived with a dodgy plug shoved in a bag. Turned the iPad on and was loaded with a Windows operating system and registered to a company - asking for company login details. Emailed support who told me to take it to an apple store. When I told them they were all closed they eventually sent a returns address. I sent it recorded signed for delivery to the address in slough. They signed for it 90 days ago. But the support team either say they waiting for conformation from the warehouse or just send you the same copy and pasted email "Refund will be issued when the return process is finished Thank you for your purchase on Pricelulu. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us! Thank you!" I've probably emailed them 60 times. It's a virtual office in London, but the business is run out of china. The warehouse is run by a relation of the Price Lulu director - it's all just such a scam - details of both below. “sent faulty Airpods and refused a return, advising to go throguh Apple warrantly. When i refused this option and asked for returns information they would only respond with the same warranty line each time. Spoke to apple who confirmed the item is not under warranty and consumer rights are they must accept a return and refund. No response to my emails since. Stay clear or you will lose money.”
