sent faulty Airpods and refused a return, advising to go throguh Apple warrantly. When i refused this option and asked for returns information they would only respond with the same warranty line each time.
Spoke to apple who confirmed the item is not under warranty and consumer rights are they must accept a return and refund. No response to my emails since. Stay clear or you will lose money.
