“i had a very bad experiance'”

“The customer service was non existent. The number on the website went through to an "unavailable number" or it jus rang and rang. Nobody responded to my e-mails and I sent about 5. The address on the package was incorrect and Royal Mail said that it would be returned. I ended up buying my item again as it was a Christmas present and a day afterwards the item arrived. After trying to get in touch with someone through various means, I gave up and ended up having to sell one of the items at a loss. A very bad experience and I will never use this website again.”

“Awful company. Order arrived too late then all attempts to contact them to return and refund were ignored. They import everything from the Far East and constantly lie about delivery dates. Am stuck with Airpods I dont want now. Repeatedly asked for RMA form by filling in their online request and emailing. All attempts were ignored. To call themselves co.uk couldn't be more misleading. Avoid avoid!”

“Paid for apple airpods which never arrived. Your company said they did because they were signed for by someone I do not know. I filed this with Royal Mail who said the company need to get in touch with them about this. I also supplied you with a reference number but you are refusing to look into this. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK OR THE HEADPHONES WHICH I ORDERED.”

“I would stay clear of this company. I bought Samsung Galaxy buds, advertised on their website as being UK version. One stopped working after a couple of weeks and despite repeated requests for the returns address this has not been provided. Phone number on website is a disconnected line. Took buds to a Samsung shop and it transpires they are Hong Kong version and not UK therefore not covered by UK manufacturers warranty. Next port of call is to Trading Standards.”

“After not having stock, they keep saying they have refunded me and dont answer my email's on when was the refund sent and the details of the refund. Can't get through on the phone number on the site.”

“Didn’t bother to send one item which was due Well before Xmas, but I had to go out and buy the item last minute on Christmas Eve! Poor customer service, very difficult to get a refund, eventually got it through my bank instead as they refused to answer my wats app and emails”
