The customer service was non existent. The number on the website went through to an "unavailable number" or it jus rang and rang. Nobody responded to my e-mails and I sent about 5. The address on the package was incorrect and Royal Mail said that it would be returned. I ended up buying my item again as it was a Christmas present and a day afterwards the item arrived. After trying to get in touch with someone through various means, I gave up and ended up having to sell one of the items at a loss. A very bad experience and I will never use this website again.
