Paid for apple airpods which never arrived. Your company said they did because they were signed for by someone I do not know. I filed this with Royal Mail who said the company need to get in touch with them about this. I also supplied you with a reference number but you are refusing to look into this. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK OR THE HEADPHONES WHICH I ORDERED.
