But if it's faulty you're not getting your money back. Ordered an iPad, it arrived with a dodgy plug shoved in a bag. Turned the iPad on and was loaded with a Windows operating system and registered to a company - asking for company login details. Emailed support who told me to take it to an apple store. When I told them they were all closed they eventually sent a returns address. I sent it recorded signed for delivery to the address in slough. They signed for it 90 days ago. But the support team either say they waiting for conformation from the warehouse or just send you the same copy and pasted email "Refund will be issued when the return process is finished Thank you for your purchase on Pricelulu.
