“Can't recommend quality diamonds more highly. A long process of choosing the right ring was handled magnificently by Daniel, who took multiple members of the decisionmaking committee (mother, fiance, etc) through the process of choosing the right ring. Terrific service and will be using them again and again in the future.”

“A call or an email will do the job . Best collection of diamonds of all budgets. Have been doing business for last several years . Whole family knows if it’s from Quality diamonds then no need to worry . All is in good professional hands . Delivery on time thet is why they called Quality diamonds . Will recommend to any one . “I purchased my earrings from Quality Diamonds & when I contacted them again after a few years, for a tweak, they treated me with the same customer service I received when I purchased them. They bent over backwards to accomodate me.”

“Fantastic service offered by Paul and team at Quality Diamonds. We went for an appointment at the Milton Keynes office as we were not yet sure what we wanted and Paul was great in showing a number of options and helping us get to the right result. A few complications with the order as it turned out what I had selected was no longer available but I was pleased to then be upgraded at no extra cost. The item arrived promptly and looks incredible, have lost count of the amount of compliments received. Thoroughly recommended for both price and service.”

“The purchase process from Quality Diamonds was fantastic. I was on the search for an engagement ring and thanks to regular meetings with Paul in the MK office I was brought up to speed on what characteristics to look for in a Diamond. I was sceptical about the process of selecting a diamond and then a ring setting but this is a more modern and cost-effective way of creating your perfect ring. It is also extremely rewarding to be part of this selection process giving a real sense of ownership to the final product. Communication was superb and customer service fantastic. We will definitely be coming back for our wedding rings!”

“I have had a great experience sourcing a few stones from quality diamonds. Really the best place to find lab grown diamonds if you’d like to go that route. Their system makes it very easy to view and decide on the perfect diamond, and are always patient if you need to change the stone until you get the one you want.”

“It’s great to be able to choose the stone I wanted for my ring, also speaking with Paul who reassured me that my stone would look beautiful and it truly does, I absolutely love my ring, the setting is fantastic, I went for a 6 prong setting which stands really high on my finger so that it doesn’t rub my wedding ring too much. I’ve had so many compliments on my ring, everyone admires it, it sparkles very brightly and is just perfect, thanks so much to all the QD team xx”

“The selection process of the engagement ring I purchased was excellent, communication was good throughout, the delivery schedule was met 100% and last but not least the finished article was beautiful and everything I could hope for.
