“Booked an appointment to get the claws tightened around the diamond as I could feel it moving slightly. I dropped the ring and collected within 3 days of contacting Quality Diamonds, and all for free as a part of the lifetime warranty. Amazing service as always”

“Paul is brilliant, he originally made us a custom made engagement ring, and then a custom made wedding band rather last minute. He went out of his way and kept in contact daily with the process/questions to make sure I received the wedding band in time. Highly recommended, brilliant service- thank you!”

I contacted QD with an enquiry for a piece of customised jewellery and, after a short specification period, a bespoke ring was made specifically for my wife, and we could not be happier with the end-product.
